A method is required in communication to provide information one another, including the capacity comprehend and create communications. Language a mental analysis of that includes both receptive language (understanding) expressive (ability convey feelings, information, thoughts ideas). disorders can appear when speaking development does not occur accordance with age milestone. Anamnesis, physical examination, supporting examinations, an audiometric revealed normal findings. Auditory growth closely related brain development, developing significantly until three years, affecting linguistic functions.
 Objective: To be able find out how appropriate treatment should for patients hearing examination results.
 Case Report: child aged 2 years 8 months was diagnosed disorder, considering his history, exams, OAE, BERA, ASSR tests were all normal.
 Method: PubMed, medline, other manual searches.
 Result: results according case this patient.
 Conclusion: Expressive disorder occurs unable articulate or explain substance opinions ideas verbally age, have been tested This necessary prevent speech problems allow cognitive, social, scholastic skills function properly. enhance get improved prognosis, psychologist advice explored.
